How these were made
Every video starts as a still: an image model paints the opening frame from the character's reference picture. ByteDance Seedance (2.0 Fast or 2.5) then animates that frame from a timed, shot-by-shot prompt, with native dialogue and sound. Cast runs the same recipe for you from one line: it writes the long prompt, uses your character's picture as the reference and renders a 5 to 15 second clip.
By format
- Phone-POV livestream: The character films herself on her own phone: one continuous take, eye level, talking straight into the lens. Malfoid reads her hate mail live
- Dance to a song: A choreographed dance locked to a song that goes into the model as an audio reference. Malfoid dances on the tower at blue hour, Malfoid and two friends dance on the feast table
- Trend format: A known TikTok trend structure (walk-up, break-away, regroup) performed by your characters. Malfoid, Thea and Odette walk in like they own it
- Tutorial / how-to: A borrowed creator format: ingredient, step, close-up, reveal, with a twist at the end. Malfoid's love potion tutorial
- Explainer: Many short clips of one character, cut to a voice-over that teaches something. Penny explains how to build a bank from scratch
