How do I create an AI influencer for free?
Design one character with a fixed look, then make your first videos with the free credits several tools give new or daily users, and post a single recurring format. You can start at zero cost, but free tiers cover a handful of videos, not daily posting, and some add a watermark.
Step by step
- Write the character down. One paragraph: age range, face, hair, signature outfit, voice, three words of attitude. This text goes into every image and video prompt, unchanged.
- Make one master image. Generate a few candidates and pick one. That picture is the character from now on; every later video starts from it, which is what keeps the face the same.
- Pick one format. A recurring format makes an account feel like a person. Phone-POV livestream clips (storytime, room tour, tutorial) have worked best for us; see our livestream guide.
- Animate the master image. Use image-to-video or reference-to-video, write the idea as a short timeline with quoted dialogue, and render one take. If it is wrong, fix the prompt and re-render.
- Post with the AI label on. TikTok has an AI-generated content setting you turn on before posting[1], and YouTube asks for disclosure on realistic AI content[2].
Free tiers you can start on (as of 2026-10-18)
| Tool | Free offer | Catch |
|---|---|---|
| Higgsfield AI Influencer | Free credits on sign-up to create a first influencer and run a video[3] | Account required; we could not verify plan prices on its site |
| Dreamina | Free daily credits for images and videos[4]; its August 2026 baseline was 120 a day[5] | Watermark removal is a paid benefit[6] |
| Kling | A free tier is available[7] | Watermark-free downloads may need a paid plan[7] |
| Krea | 100 compute units a day, no card[8] | We could not verify how many videos 100 units buy |
| Cast | First 5-second video free, no sign-up | After that, 52 credits per 5-second video |
Dreamina's current daily credit amount was not shown on its pages; only the August 2026 baseline was published.
How to keep the face the same for free
- Always start videos from the same master image, never from a fresh text description.
- Paste the same written description into every prompt, including the outfit.
- Give the character a habit or catchphrase. Viewers recognise behaviour faster than a face.
- Avoid faces that resemble famous actors. In our renders, a look-alike face got blocked by the video model's copyright filter again and again; redesigning the face was the only fix. More in character consistency.
What it costs once the free credits run out
Daily posting is where free tiers end. One 5-second clip a day is about 30 renders a month, plus retakes. On our own account, Atlas Cloud's price endpoint quoted $0.29 for a 5-second Seedance 2.0 Fast clip at 720p on 2026-10-16, so a month of daily clips costs about 30 times that in raw model fees if most takes work. Apps charge more than raw API cost because they add the prompt writing, storage and retries. In Cast a 5-second Standard video is 52 credits, about $0.58 at the Starter pack rate.
How often to post is your call. We have posted our own character about once or twice a day since 2026-10-13, mixing livestream storytimes, tutorials and dances.
Where Cast fits
- You want a free first video with no account, in any phone browser including TikTok's and Instagram's in-app browsers.
- You want a ready-made recurring character: the Malfoid & Friends pack (Malfoid, Thea and Odette) is free to use.
- You want to design your own character from one sentence and get four looks to pick from for 15 credits.
Where it does not:
- Unlimited free daily posting: after the free video, Cast is paid credits.
- Making an influencer from your own photo or drawing: Cast has no image upload.
- Videos longer than 15 seconds.
People also ask
- What do I need to start an AI influencer?
- A written character description, one master image, one recurring format and a place to post. You do not need a camera, a PC or editing software for short clips.
- Can I make an AI influencer completely free forever?
- Only at a low posting rate. Free daily credits, like Dreamina's[4], cover a few clips; posting every day usually needs a paid plan or credit pack.
- Do free AI influencer videos have a watermark?
- Often. Kling says watermark-free downloads may require a paid plan[7], and Dreamina lists watermark removal as a paid benefit[6]. Cast does not add a visible watermark of its own.
- Can I base my AI influencer on a real person?
- Not without their permission. TikTok does not allow AI likenesses of adult private figures without permission or of anyone under 18[1].
